As the educational institution Baku Computer College was founded in 2001 on the base of Baku computer system acted before by the ministry of education. During the period of activity the acceptance of students to the college was implemented on the grounds of results of exams held by the State Committee on Students Admission in test way. Admission of students are held on Azerbaijan sectors of 9th and 11th years of study base.
  Exams in Azerbaijan sectors of 11th academic years study base are held in test way on the following subjects:
     1.Arerbaijan language-15 question
     2.Mathematics-15 questions
     3.Azerbaijan history-15 questions
  School-leavers taking to Russian sector exams from 9th years of study base answer the test questions of following subjects:
     1.Azerbaijan language-5 questions
     2.Russian(grammar)-10 questions
     3.Mathematics-15 questions
     4.Azerbaijan history-15 questions
  If the school-leavers taking to Azerbaijan and Russian sector exams give the right answer of 45 questions will have 300 marks. One right answer is accounted with 6,666 marks. If the college entrant makes 4 mistakes one right answer is cleaned. There is no ‘zero’ mark on separate subjects fell in the exams from 9th years of study base. Acceptance of document-acceptance formed by the State Committee of students admission. But the citizens of foreign countries have to apply to SCSA.
  The following documents have to be presented by the SCSA.
     1.The authentic document on 9th academic year education.
     2.4 colors photos with 3x4 size
     3 Birth certificate but the 16 years old school-leavers have to present identity card.

Expiration of 9thyears study is 2 years and 10 months.

  Expiration of 11th years study base is a year and 10 months. The school leavers applying from 9th years of study base to the higher educational institutes according to groups by means of internet take exams at the fixed date in test way. If they fail at the first round i.e they couldn’t enter the higher education institutes taking part at the second round they would choose the following specialties by the use of internet and taking part in competitive examinations. They would enter Baku Computer College.
